How It Works
In the interest of transparency, below you'll find step-by-step processes for every available service. If anything is unclear, please feel free to reach out and let me know!
Video EDITING SERVICE
Step 1: Contact me with details about your project. Include information such as:

Please be as detailed and specific as you can; the more details I have, the easier it will be for everyone!

Step 2: Wait for me to give you a quote.
​
Once I have all the information I need, I'll tell you how much everything will cost. Feel free to have a look at the rate sheet to get an idea of what I charge for each service.

Step 3: Sign the contract.
​
If my rates are within your budget, we can move onto signing the contract, which will be sent to you upon agreeing on a fee. This contract is to confirm project details and to protect against any payment discrepancies.

Step 4: Pay 50% of the project fee upfront.
​
You will be sent an invoice for the full project fee. My policy indicates that a non-refundable payment of 50% of the project fee is required before I begin working on your project.

Step 5: Send ALL of your footage and assets.
​
I can't edit footage I don't have! Please make sure you send over all of your footage, music, logos, images, and anything else you want me to use in your video.
​
You may use Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer to send over all of the necessary files.
​
Step 6: Wait for me to finish your video.
​
Now that I have everything I need, I can get to work! Depending on the complexity of your project, turnaround time can range anywhere between a few hours to 10 business days.

Step 7: Review the video and request any necessary revisions.
​
You will be given a watermarked version of your video for you to review. If you catch any mistakes or if you just want a few minor changes, let me know! The project fee includes ONE free round of revisions, so be sure to take advantage and make sure your video is exactly the way you'd like it to be. Please note that after your one free round, subsequent revisions will cost an additional $50/hr.

Step 8: Pay the remaining fee.

Once you're fully satisfied with your video, pay the remaining 50% of the fee. After I receive the payment, I will deliver the final version without a watermark for you to do with as you please.

Podcast EDITING SERVICE

A multi-track recording makes for smoother, non-destructive editing.

One-on One Consultation

Step 2: Book a call

Pick a time and date that works for you so we can talk about your project face-to-face. Sessions may last 30-60 minutes.

Step 3: Walk me through your project
​
Share your screen so we can watch your video together. You can either have your project file open or you can export a rough cut. I'll chime in with any thoughts and suggestions. Feel free to ask any questions during the session.
Personalized Tutorials
Please note that only Premiere Pro tutorials are offered at this time. Tutorials for other softwares will be offered in the future.

If you need the basics
Book a call with me and I'll give you a 60-minute one-on-one crash course! During our session, I'll send you some footage to play with. I'll start by sharing my screen and demonstrating Premiere Pro basics. After that we'll switch over to your screen so you can practice with guidance.
if You're stuck on a Current project​

Step 2: Book a call and/or send your project file.
​
Option 1: Pick a time and date that works for you so we can talk about your project face-to-face. Sessions may last 30-60 minutes. After you book, send me your Premiere Pro project file. Please make sure you are using the most recent version of Premiere Pro!

Option 2: If you prefer, you can send me your project file (again, make sure Premiere is updated) and I'll personally record a tutorial just for you.
​
Step 3: Watch and learn
​
(If you selected Option 1) I'll share my screen with your project file open and walk you through everything you asked me to go over. You may record the session, take notes or have Premiere open on your computer so you can follow along. Feel free to ask any questions during the session.

(If you selected Option 2) I'll deliver your personalized tutorial going over everything you asked me to go over. Again, feel free to reach out with any additional questions!
