Step 1: Contact me with details about your project. ​

Include information such as:

• What you need done

• When you need it done

• Whether you would like special effects, transitions, motion graphics, etc.

Please be as detailed and specific as you can; the more details I have, the easier it will be for everyone!

Step 2: Wait for me to give you a quote.

​

Once I have all the information I need, I'll tell you how much everything will cost. Feel free to have a look at my rate sheet to get an idea of what I charge.

Step 3: Sign the contract.

​

If my rates are within your budget, we can move onto signing the contract, which will be sent to you upon agreeing on a fee. This contract is to confirm project details and to protect against any payment discrepancies.

Step 4: Pay a 50% deposit upfront.

​

You will be sent an invoice for 50% of the project fee. This deposit is non-refundable and is required before I begin working on your project.

Step 5: Send ALL of your footage and assets.

​

I can't edit footage I don't have! Please make sure you send over all of your footage, music, logos, images, and anything else you want me to use in your video.​

​

You may use Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer to send over all of the necessary files.

​

Step 6: Wait for me to finish your video.

​

Now that I have everything I need, I can get to work! Depending on the complexity of your project and the amount of projects from other clients I have in my queue, turnaround time can range anywhere between a few hours to 10 business days.

Step 7: Review the video and request any necessary revisions.

​

You will be given a watermarked version of your video for you to review. If you catch any mistakes or if you just want a few minor changes, let me know! The project fee typically includes two free round of revisions (unless otherwise stated), so be sure to take advantage and make sure your video is exactly the way you'd like it to be. Please note that subsequent revisions will cost an additional $50/hr.

Step 8: Pay the remaining fee.

​

Once you're fully satisfied with your video, you will be sent a second invoice for the remaining 50% of the fee. After I receive the payment, I will deliver the final version without a watermark for you to do with as you please.
